96% Ready: The Final Stretch Before Launch

The past weeks were intense.

This feels like the last straight line before the finish.

96% ready… but that last 4% matters most

We reviewed our progress with Sprinto.

96% ready.

That sounds close. It is. But the final 4% is where everything becomes real.

Pentesting. Final reviews. Closing gaps you didn’t even know existed a few weeks ago.

And one important realization hit me again:

You don’t pentest unfinished work.

So I went back into full development mode.

Coding like it actually matters

I started coding like crazy.

Not because new features were needed. But because everything needs to be right.

A pentest on unstable code is a waste of money.
You’re testing noise instead of risk.

If you invite someone to break your system, at least give them your best version of it.

Perfect doesn’t exist. But “perfect in your own eyes” is the minimum bar.

First real customer. Real stakes.

At the same time, something more important happened.

We onboarded our first real live customer in beta.

No demo. No simulation.
Real emails. Real expectations.

Cron jobs running.
ReplyFabric on autopilot.

The first hours? Some friction. Small issues. Fine-tuning.

Personas adjusted.
Tone of voice improved.
Flows aligned.

And then… it clicked.

When it starts working

Emails started moving automatically.

Inbox → categorized → assigned → replied → labeled.

No chaos. No forgotten messages.

Just flow.

The customer was happy.
And more importantly: it helped him.

Less stress.
More control.
Time gained.

That’s the moment where you know:

This is not a feature.
This is value.

Mission accomplished.

Building faster than ever

At the same time, we accelerated internally.

Together with Bohdan and Egor, we aligned on:

• Go-to-market strategy
• Implementation plan
• Tooling

Everything is starting to converge.

And something else struck me.

We tested Claude Design.

Honestly, it’s insane.

What used to require a full-time designer…
now happens in hours.

Not perfect. But fast. And good enough to move forward.

The speed of building is fundamentally changing.

What’s next

No time to slow down.

This week is all about:

• Penetration testing
• Preparing and reviewing ISO 27001 and SOC2 audit
• Planning certification
• Onboarding the next customer

It’s that phase where everything comes together at once.

Product.
Security.
Trust.
Customers.

And you realize:

You’re not building anymore.

You’re launching.

And honestly, it feels good.
