Today, I incorporated ReplyFabric — here’s what we’re building
On August 7, 2025, ReplyFabric officially became a company. But it’s also something more: a movement to bring the human premium back into the workplace.

August 7, 2025 — A date I won’t forget. Today, I went to the notary to officially incorporate ReplyFabric. After months of building, debugging, testing, pitching, and (honestly) not sleeping enough, this B2B SaaS startup is now a real legal entity.
ReplyFabric is an AI-powered agent for shared inboxes. It reads incoming emails, categorizes them, replies when it can, alerts the right team members, and puts a draft in the shared mailbox — whether you're using Outlook or Gmail.
But it’s not just about replying faster. It’s about making space for people to be brilliant again.
Why I Built ReplyFabric
As a solo founder, every day feels like eat–sleep–work–repeat (some of you might know that song 😉). Except, sleep is optional and adrenaline is abundant. A good friend of mine owns a club — his slogan is “sleep is overrated.” In his case it’s for other reasons. Mine are less champagne, more code.
In that rhythm, I realized something important: we're drowning in digital noise and repetitive work. Most tools chase productivity by shaving off seconds. We aim higher.
At ReplyFabric, we believe in the human premium. That’s why we build AI to take over the routine — so people can use 100% of their brilliance to make a difference through strategy, creativity, empathy, and impact.
Our AI doesn’t replace people — it empowers them. It handles the repeatable and leaves the irreplaceable — emotion, intellect, and intuition — to humans.
How It Works
What makes ReplyFabric different?
- AI in the loop before Human in the loop: we use a second AI to validate every reply from the first. Only then does a human do the final check.
- Trained on your knowledge: company docs, FAQs, past emails — your AI agent knows the answers that matter.
- Built for shared inboxes: sales@, support@, info@ — that’s our world. We serve teams, not individuals.
What’s Next?
I’m finalizing the product now and plan to launch in September. If you're curious or want early access, I’d love to show you what we’ve built.

Let’s bring back brilliance — one reply at a time.
